Wednesday "Friendship" Worship at 3:00 am

A week is a long time between Sundays. Our Friendship worship on a Wednesday helps us to keep growing with Jesus. It's a time when we :

* step out in faith,

* encourage and build one another up

* develop our daily trust in God

* learn songs old and new

* explore the Bible in discussion and drama

* share communion together on the last Wednesday of the month

It's a time that grows our hearts and helps us to love one another

Our local healing ministry at the Haven

In 2004 Nick, our minister made contact with 2 local vicars, who were interested in Christian healing. Prayer together led to an invite to local Churches and Christians to develop a local Christian healing resource. By 2006 this led to a small group, drawn from various churches covenanting together as a charity, The Haven, Oswestry, for the purpose of Christian healing, which from 6th April, 2006, began running a stall in the market place, offering prayer for healing through Jesus Christ.

On most Wednesdays since then The Haven has been open for prayer from 9.30am to 2.30pm, in Oswestry's outdoor market, currently between the flower stall and kitchen units.
